Working With Edinburgh City Council
Castle Letting is an approved partner of Edinburgh City Council's Private Sector Leasing scheme. This formal partnership means we operate within a regulated, accountable framework — giving landlords and tenants alike the confidence that comes from council oversight.
Through the partnership, Edinburgh Council refers tenants from its housing register directly to Castle Letting. These are individuals and families in genuine housing need — people who have been assessed, supported, and matched to properties that suit their circumstances.
